All Digital licenses are sent to your registered Email address within 24 Hours!
You can create an account on the MY ACCOUNT page.
You can change your shipping address in the MY ACCOUNT section and heading to the ADDRESSES section.
You can track any live orders in the MY ACCOUNT page by clicking the ORDERS link.
No, Stripe does not store credit card information on a WooCommerce site by default
GoGodigital is not a VAT registered business so we do not charge sales tax.
As digital delivery is simple and not tied to shipping we deliver to ALL countries via your registered Email address.

All of our products are clearly labelled and described, however if you are sent an incorrect license by our mistake this will be rectified at no cost to yourself.
As we use digital delivery to ship your license there is no way that your product can be damaged or tampered with

As delivery is digital we do not actually need your physical address, if you have entered the incorrect email at time of ordering then please do contact us IMMEDIATELY to avoid loss.
Changes to any order can ONLY be made before the order has been marked as completed and should be made by contacting either our email info@gogodigital.co.uk, contact form or chat box as soon as possible.
Unfortunately you cannot pre-order sold out items, however you can contact us via email, contact form or chat session and we will happily add you to the waiting list.
