Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. License keys and activation codes are non-returnable.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Perishable goods such as food
- Intimates or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products (unless there’s an error with the activation process. See below)
- Some health and personal care items
- Custom items
Additional non-returnable items:
- Software License Codes and Activation Codes: All activation codes (specifically Bitdefender) are activated upon delivery to the customer’s email. These codes are used to activate or extend a subscription. Please ensure you cancel automatic renewal within Bitdefender to avoid being charged the higher renewal price.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Return your product to the address provided below after contacting us.
Partial Refunds:
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
- Check your bank account and credit card statement.
- Contact your credit card company and bank as processing times can vary.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at info@gogodigital.co.uk. We will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping address.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping
Digital Items: Software license codes and activation codes are delivered to your registered email address within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
Physical Items: Dispatched within 3 working days of order placement (picked and packed). Delivery takes a further 5 working days via courier. Personalized items may take up to 5 days longer. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
Shipping Location: Worldwide.
Shipping Delays: In exceptional circumstances, deliveries may fall outside of these timescales. We will notify you immediately if this occurs and offer alternative arrangements.

You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for more expensive items.
